am happy to share my Thanksgiving recipes with you. My grandparents, who were both 100 percent Greek, enjoyed cooking
and always ate very healthy. During my visits to their house, I would sit at their breakfast nook for hours copying
down our family heirloom recipes. I am happy to carry on the tradition and serve them in my own home. Even
though these recipes are very old, delicious and healthy, I still need to "tweak" them a bit. Why??
It is because the ingredients that my grandparents used 80 years ago were much better quality than the exact same ingredients
used today. Therefore, I need to change or modify some of the ingredients to preserve the healthy integrity of the recipes.
There is NO refined sugar, NO refined flour, NO GMO's used in these recipes. I have included pictures of the exact ingredients
